With the aim of raising awareness among youths of the scourge of drugs, informative talk on the danger of drugs, organized by Myanmar Anti-Narcotics Association (MANA), was held at B.E.P.S-8 Namtu, Kyaukme District, Shan State this morning.

First of all, Daw Thuzar Aye, Headmistress of Namtu B.E.H.S-2 gave an opening remark and U Aung San Myint, Secretary of Myanmar Anti-Narcotics Association clarified the purpose of the course.

Afterwards, Dr Hein Htet Maung Maung, in charged person of Myanmar Anti-Narcotics Association detailed the disadvantages and scourge of narcotic drugs, offences and penalties for drug cases and prevention measures against drugs with the projector.—Lu Mor, IPRD
