Einme, 16 June

An event to mark the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking which falls on 26 June was held at the community center of the Township Information and Public Relations Department in Einme Township, Ayeyarwady Region yesterday. 

First of all, an official from the Township Information and Public Relations Department discussed the purposes of the talk show and stressed the scourge of drugs for the youths, and explained about anti-drug campaigns in Myanmar.

Next, officials discussed drug control policies, disadvantages of drugs, five types of drugs and called on the people to fully participate in drug prevention activities.—Htay Htay Hlaing, Township IPRD
