Vessels from the Inland Wa­ter Transport’s Rakhine Branch under the Ministry of Transport and Communications transport­ed 3,817.21 tonnes of relief and rehabilitation supplies to Mo­cha-affected townships in Rakh­ine State from 23 May to 8 July.

 

Series of Kelantan vessels from 1 to 6 under the Rakhine Branch of the Inland Water Transport are conveying food­stuffs, supply goods, relief aids, and construction materials to the areas affected by Cyclone Mocha, such as Buthidaung, Rathedaung, Maungtaw, Pon­nagyun, Kyauktaw, Paletwa, Pauktaw, Minbya, MraukU, and Myebon.

 

These vessels delivered a total of 3,817.21 tonnes of sup­plies on 17 trips to Mocha-af­fected areas, according to the Rakhine Branch of Inland Water Transport. — Tin Tun (IPRD)/ CT
