International day of older person was marked at Hinsigone Nursing Home in Bahan Township, western district, Yangon Region yesterday morning.

At the event, U San Min, the district Deputy Administrator gave an opening speech. Then, U San Min and officials who attended the event presented gifts to elderly people in the Nursing Home.
Afterwards, a grandmother spoke words of thanks on behalf of elderly people in Nursing Home. Next, officials from Hninsigone Nursing Home held a breakfast reception for attendees, which brought the event to an end.
