The International Democracy Day Organizing Steering Committee held a coordination meeting (1/2019) with working committees at Pyidaungsu Hluttaw building yesterday afternoon.

Present at the meeting were the Chairman of Steering Committee, Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Deputy Speaker U Tun Aung (a) U Tun Tun Hein, the Vice Chairman of the Committee, Amyotha Hluttaw Deputy speaker U Aye Tha Aung, members of the committee and officials.

At the event, the Deputy Speaker of Pyidaungsu Hluttaw said that all necessary assistance will be given, and invited the reports on the completion of working committees for the event. Then, the Amyotha Hluttaw Deputy Speaker called for presentations of working committees and their collaboration.

The chairmen and secretaries of working committees explained about their plans and accomplishments, followed by the suggestions of the attendees at the meeting. The meeting was concluded with the closing remark of Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Deputy Speaker.
