The final match of the Sagaing regional minister’s trophy U-25 men’s and women’s volleyball tournament for 2019 took place in conjunction with a prize awarding ceremony at an indoor stadium in Monywa City on 5 May.
    

In the final game of the women’s volleyball contest, the team representing Katha District won over the team representing Monywa District. Prize presentation ceremony then followed. Sagaing Regional Minister for Soccial Affairs U Zaw Win and departmental officials presented the trophy and awards to the prize winning teams. 
    

The competition was held from 3 to 5 May with 10 participating teams in men’s competition and six teams in women’s tourney.—Lu Aung (Katha)
