Kindergarten students aged five received their second dose of COVID-19 vaccine at B.E.M.S.-1 in Maungdaw Township, Rakhine State yesterday morning.

 

During the vaccination campaign, healthcare workers monitored the body temperatures and blood pressures of the students before administering the vaccine to them and watched them for 30 minutes after giving the vaccine.

 

On the occasion, Chairman of the District Administration Council U Nay Oo, Chairman of the Township Administration Council U Kan Tun Aung and departmental officials looked round the vaccination campaign and provided necessary assistance to healthcare workers.—Thet Lwin Soe (IPRD)
