A seminar titled “How to Handle New Types of Evidence,” organized by Office of the Union Supreme Court and Japan International Cooperation Agency in collaboration with High Court of Rakhine State, was held at the Royal Sittwe Resort in Sittway Town yesterday.
Rakhine State High Court Chief Judge U Kyauk delivered the opening address at the workshop.
The two-day workshop is being attended by 35 State Law Officers and will cover basic legal principles and ideas on handling new forms of evidence and cyber-crimes, peculiarities of digital evidence, and court-led mediation. —Tin Tun (IPRD) (Translated by Zaw Min)
