A course on growing and nurturing lemon tree was given to local farmers at Kaleinaung Township Agriculture Department office in Dawei district, Taninthayi region this morning.

Course instructor Sai San Pwint shared first-hand knowledge as to growing and nurturing lemon plants with farmers. He also answered questions raised by the farmers.

Then, course instructor and farmers went to a lemon tree garden belonging to U Nyan Tun, where farmers learned about diseases which are common in lemon trees.—Moe Moe Khaing (IPRD)
