A ceremony to open a basic librarianship course, organized by the Department of Historical Research and National Library under the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture, was held this morning at Pyinnya Yadana hall of No. (1) B.E.H.S in Loikaw, Kayah State.

 


First of all, U Aung Myint, Director-General of Department of Historical Research and National Library delivered an opening speech and explained the purpose of the course. Afterwards, Daw Mya Oo, Director of National Library in Nay Pyi Taw elaborated matters relating to the course.
Also present on the occasion were Director-General of Department of HRNL   and relevant officials, the instructors, the trainees and the invited guests.
