With the aim of boosting the income of local people and their socio-economic status, loans for emerald green project were disbursed to farmers in Leingone Village at Paleyadana Hall in the town of Pale, Yinmabin District, Sagaing Region yesterday.
First of all, Chairman of the Township emerald green project committee U Toe Toe Win delivered an opening speech. Then, staff officer of the Township’s Rural Development Department U Zaw Min Oo clarified the purpose of the project and explained about rules and procedures of the emerald green project to be abided by rural people.
Afterward, U Toe Toe Win and U Zaw Min Oo disbursed K 30 million to farmers in Leingone Village, Ywathar village-track in Pale Township.—U Myint Thein Soe, Township IPRD
