With the aim of boosting the income of local people and their socio-economic status, loans for emerald green project were disbursed to members of village emerald green project committee in wetlet Township, Shwebo District, Sagain Region this morning. 

First, an official from the township Department of Rural Development clarified the purpose of the project and explained rules and procedures of the project to be followed by rural people.   

Then, staff from the township Department of Rural Development dispensed K 32.5 million to members of village emerald green project committee at the house of village Administrator in Palaingkan Village, Wetlet Township. 

Altogether 125 people including 75 people in Agriculture business and 36 in Livestock breeding business and 14 who will attend vocational school received Loans of project.—Soe Soe Hlaing (Wetlet)
