With the aim of boosting the income of local people and their socio-economic status, loans to implement emerald green projects were disbursed to farmers at the Thanatpin Seik Village (east and west) in Pyinman Township, Nay Pyi Taw Union Territory this morning.
First of all, an official from the Township Department of Rural Development clarified the purpose of the project and explained rules and procedures of the emerald green projects to be a bided by the rural people.
Afterwards, an official from DRD handed over K 39.0 million to chairman of village Emerald Green Project committee.
Altogether 274 people - 80 people in agriculture business, 73 in livestock breeding business, 120 in trading business, one who will attend vocational school received loans of projects.
