With the aims of increasing family income and creating job opportunities, officials from Myittha Township Department of Rural Development held an event to disburse loans of emerald green project in Kwetat-Shwekone village in Myittha Township, Mandalay Region on 28 December.

First, an official from the Department clarified the purpose of loan disbursement, rules and regulations and interest rate of loan. Then the officials disbursed K 32.85 million of loans of emerald green project to 132 people in agricultural business, 10 in livestock business and six in trade business, totaling 148 people, according to an official from the Department.
