Local people received their first dose of Covid-19 vaccine at the designated vaccination sites in Maungdaw Township, Rakhine State yesterday.

On the occasion, healthcare workers monitored the body temperatures and blood pressures of local people before administering the vaccine to them and watched them for 30 minutes after giving the vaccine. 

At the event, healthcare workers vaccinated a total of 670 people with Covaxin COVID-19 vaccine in line with COVID-19 health guidelines set by Ministry of Health.—Thet Lwin Soe(District IPRD)
