THE FEI has collaborated with the World FEI to recognize One Star status to the winners of the long-distance equestrian competition held in the Bagan Ancient Cultural Zone.
In the FEI 1 Endurance Qualification Round 4 (100 kilometres), five riders secured victories, while one rider triumphed in the FEI 1 Endurance Qualification (60 kilometres).
The One Star status qualifies these winners to participate in international endurance equestrian competitions.
These equestrian athletes are expected to compete in the 160-kilometre endurance race scheduled for 2026 in Dubai. To prepare for this, three to four local long-distance equestrian competitions are planned for 2025 to help the athletes train for international events. — ASH/MKKS
