The lower and affordable cost housing buyers with ODA loan need to register the information via DUHD sale housing social website in order to prevent them from being crowded with the people, according to the announcement of the Ministry of Construction.
Those who are involved in 4,710 named lists which have a minimum of K3 million savings account in Construction, Housing, and Infrastructure Development Bank (CHID bank) as of 30 September need to register through DUHD sale housing social website.
The registration via messenger will be accepted from 7 to 11 December within the office hours. The buyers can check the information of the housing in the social media, and they need to register by giving name, NRC, the name of the housing project, type of building, CHID bank’s down payment serial no and contact number.
The Urban and Housing Development Department has constructed a total of 388 apartments of lower and affordable housing project such as Shwelinban, Htee Hlaing Shin, Kanaung and Thilawa housing. The department will sell the apartments from those housing projects in December to those who have a minimum K3 million saving account in CHID bank.
The Urban and Housing Development Department under the Ministry of Construction has constructed a total of 55,600 flats including 28,901 flats for sale and 26,699 flats for rent since 2011.—Aye Chan Moe
