Myanmar Agricultural Development Bank have embarked on disbursing monsoon agricultural loans to farmers at the office of General Administration Department in Mongnai Township, Shan State this morning.

The MADB’s branch manager met with farmers, saying the government dispensed agricultural loans to farmers for their convenience in cultivation season. Farmers are urged to repay their debts during the set time.

Approximately Ks. 420 million of monsoon agricultural loans has been earmarked to be disbursed to eligible farmers from five wards and 11 village-tracts in the township at the rate of Ks. 150,000 for per acreof paddy and Ks. 100,000 for per acre of other crops.—Myo Nyunt Shwe
