THE Department of Rural Development under the Ministry of Cooperatives and Rural Development, held the graduation cer­emony for the Livelihood Support Masonry Training on the morning of 22 July at the meeting hall of the Thayet District Depart­ment of Rural Development Office.

 

Acting District Head Daw Ngu Wah Htwe of the Thayet District Depart­ment of Rural Development delivered the graduation address. Officials explained the objectives of conducting the training. He also urged trainees to effectively apply the knowledge and skills ac­quired during the course in their practical work.

 

Afterwards, Acting Dis­trict Head Daw Ngu Wah Htwe presented training completion certificates to the trainees. On behalf of the trainees, one trainee delivered words of appre­ciation.

 

Responsible officials from district and township departments were present on the occasion. A total of 20 trainees from six villages in Thayet Township attend­ed the training, which was conducted from 8 to 22 July at the office of the Thayet Township Department of Rural Development.
