The Township Maternal and Child Welfare Association conducted a mass immunization campaign in conjunction with a knowledge sharing event about various diseases at its office in the town of Pinlaung, the Pa'O Self-Administered Zone, Shan State on 2 August. 

At the event, medical workers dosed and vaccinated children below one and a half years old and pregnant women with vaccine against polio, measles, rubella, whooping cough, hepatitis B, Japanese encephalitis and meningitis in line with COVID-19 health guidelines.—Akar Soe(Pinlaung)
