Seikphyu, 9 June

Under the guidance of the Ministry of Health and Sports, medical staff from the Township Department of Health conducted a mass immunization campaign in conjunction with a knowledge sharing event about Health awareness on prevention of pandemic in Seikphyu Township, Magway Region yesterday.

On the occasion, health workers vaccinated and dosed children below two years old and pregnant women against various diseases such as hepatitis B, Polio, measles, diphtheria and Japanese encephalitis in line with COVID-19 health guidelines set by the Ministry of Health and Sports.

Members of the Township Administration Council Major Myo Win, U Aung Tun and other officials attended the event.—Soe Lin Naing, IPRD
