Sintgaing, 1 February

A mass vaccination campaign was conducted at the office of Maternal and Child Welfare Association in the town of Sintgaing, Kyaukse District, Mandalay Region this morning.

First, medical workers led by Dr. Aye Lwin from the Township Department of Health monitored and measured the body temperature and weight of the children who will receive the vaccine before giving the vaccine to them.

Afterwards, healthcare workers dosed and vaccinated 140 children below one and a half years old and 35 pregnant women with the vaccine against polio, measles, rubella, whooping cough, hepatitis B and meningitis in line with COVID-19 health guidelines.—Nyo Nyo Win(IPRD)
