Mass walking event-2019 (first week) kicked off in front of the District Information and Public Relations Department in the town of Balkhe, Balkhe district in kayah state this early morning.

Starting the activity from the point in front of the District IPRD office, the participants walked past Balkhe highway bus station and into the town sports ground. At the sports ground, the participants collectively took physical fitness exercise volume 1 and 2.

Balkhe district administrator U Thein Aung and departmental personnel, members of social organizations, teachers, schoolchildren and local people actively participated in the activity.—District IPRD
