Mandalay 13 June
A free Media and information Literacy Course, jointly organized by Facebook, Myanmar Book Aid and Preservation Foundation (MBAPF), Intensity Community Center and Mandalay District IPRD, was opened at the community center of the District IPRD in Pyigyidagun Township, Mandalay Region yesterday.
First of all, staff officer of Mandalay Region IPRD Daw Wai Wai Phyo delivered an opening speech. Afterwards, a course instructor from Intensity Community Center clarified the purpose of the course.
The four-day training course is being attended by 30 trainees. Also present on the occasion were officials from the District IPRD, Myanmar Book Aid and Preservation Foundation, Intensity Community Center, and the trainees and invited guests.—Than Zaw, IPRD
