MYANMAR Football Federation (MFF) Women Futsal Invitation Cup 2024 commenced on 11 September at the MFF Futsal Arena in Thuwunna, Yangon.
On the opening day, the YRG and Divine teams secured victories. In the first match, YRG defeated Phoenix with a score of 6-1. May Myat Moe scored YRG’s goals at 10 minutes, May Thet Paing at 16 minutes, Ya Min Thant Zin at 19 minutes, Win Win Khaing at 22 minutes, Su Wah Lwin at 25 minutes, and Wutt Yi Lwin at 38 minutes. Thanda Aung netted Phoenix’s lone goal in 34 minutes. In the second match, Divine won over Generations with a score of 4-1. Khaing Mar Lin scored Divine’s goals at 10 minutes, Yoon Mi Mi Lwin at 17 minutes, and Nan May Thazin at 30 minutes. Generations’ sole goal was scored by Cherry Mar in 18 minutes.
