In order to prevent local residents from developing Covid-19, Covid-19 prevention measures are being taken in upward momentum in Mingalar Taungnyunt township, Yangon east district today.
In doing so, staff from the township Fire Services Department, local residents and officials washed down and disinfected streets in Yedwingone ward in the township. The region Hluttat MP U Yan Aung and the township Development Committee member Daw Thi Thi Khaing helped to facilitate the activities.
“There are six streets in Yedwingone ward. Street no. 121 was already disinfected. Today we are spraying disinfectant in streets no 119, no 120 and no 122. We have made arrangements to disinfect street no. 188 and factory road the other days,” said U Thiha Soe, Yedwingone ward administrator.—Chit Su Wai (IPRD)
