A Myanmar delegation led by Deputy Minister for Ed­ucation Dr Zaw Myint and Yangon University of Eco­nomics Pro-Rector Dr Kyaw Tun Naing attended the 53^rd Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO) Council Confer­ence, held in Bandar Seri Be­gawan, Brunei Darussalam from 1 to 3 July.

Before official sessions, the delegation visited Univer­siti Teknologi Brunei on 30 June, where they observed the university’s library, research laboratories, lecture rooms and student dormitories. On the morning of 1 July, the del­egation also participated in the SEAMEO Council’s “In Camera” Session held at The Empire Brunei. — MNA/KZL
