A stake-driving ceremony for construction of staff housings was held in the compound of a station hospital in Konzaung Village, Pwintbyu Township, Magway Region on 26 April.
Next, the Lower House legislator for Pwintbyu Constituency U Tun Tun, the regional lawmaker U Tint Hsna, Chairman of the township management committee Township Administrator U Win Shwe, Medical Superintendent of the station hospital Dr. Thi Thi Aye and departmental officials drove the stakes at designated places in the construction site and sprinkled scented water on it.
Four staff apartments will be built with the Union Budget in the fiscal year 2018-2019 by a private construction firm named “Magway Aung Min Construction Company”, said U Kyaw Myint, the village administrator.—Ye Win Naing (NyaungU)
