Chief Minister of Mon State Dr. Aye Zan inspected construction of the Attayan Bridge (Sabel Gu) in Kyaikmaraw Township yesterday evening.

The chief minister was accompanied by Mon State Minister for Construction and Municipal Affairs U Min Kyaw Lwin, and officials from the Budget Department and Ministry of Construction. The chief minister heard reports on construction of Attayan Bridge by site officials at the briefing hall. The chief minister attended to the needs and viewed round the bridge.

Construction of the bridge began in September 2018 and has been about 78 percent finished so far. The total cost of the bridge is estimated to have about Ks. 20.448 billion.—Cho Myat Myat Htwe (Kyaikmaraw)
