The motorist died after his car crashed into another stationary car in Hlegu Township, Yangon Region, the Ministry of Home Affairs reported.
    

The accident happened near milepost 92/3 on the Yangon-Bago Road near Min Lwingon Village around 4:25 p.m. on September 5. Local firefighters were involved in the rescue operation with the use of one fire engine. The motorist identified as U Tun Min succumbed to injuries in the incident and his body was sent to Hlegu Hospital.
    

An investigation in the cause of accident is ongoing by the police and action has been taken against the deceased driver.
