A meeting between MPs of Hluttaw, departmental officials and local people was held at a monastery in Madoktalotegone village in Hinthada Township, Ayeyawady Region yesterday.

At the meeting, MP U Aung Ko Ko Oo of regional Hluttaw clarified the procedures that have been undertaken by the Hluttaw and Township Administrator also clarified the purpose of the meeting.

Next, township departmental officials clarified the processes that have been undertaken by their departments and the local residents requested construction of road and bridge, electricity supply, health and other their difficulties. The officials responded the demands of the local people.

At the meeting, over 200 local people were in attendance. Next, Township Department of Public Health, Department of Immigration and Population and Department of Road Transport Administration gave one stop service to local people.
