MYANMAR Red Cross Society opened Epidemic Control for Volunteers, Hygiene Aware­ness, and Trauma First Aid (Provider) training in early March in Bago Region and Nay Pyi Taw, supported by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).

 

MRCS’s Health Depart­ment conducted Epidemic Con­trol for Volunteers and Hygiene Awareness Training on 3-7 March in Nay Pyi Taw. A total of 23 volunteers and trainees of MRCS’s Red Cross branches from Pyinmana, Toungoo, Tat­kon, Tachilek, Kyaikto, Htant­abin, Yedashe, Ottwin, Hopong and Yaksawk townships attend­ed the training.

 

MRCS’s First Aid and Safety Department also offered Trauma First Aid (Provider) Training on 4-7 March with 20 participants from townships in Bago Region. — ASH/KK
