MraukU 27 March

Representatives from the Myanmar Red Cross Society (MRCS) donated humanitarian assistance to displaced people in MraukU Township, Rakhine State on 26 March.

Members of the MRSC led by commander of the township Red Cross Society U Maung Hla went to four separate locations and presented relief supplies to displaced people who left their homes due to armed conflicts in MraukU Township. Four temporary rescue camps were opened in some monasteries in MraukU Township since armed fighting erupted between the Tatmadaw and the Arakan Army (AA).
