Upper Minhla, 3 March

A ceremony to open a Myanmar Reforestation and Rehabilitation Program course was opened in Lepyin Monastery in Minhla, Magway Region this morning.

At the event, the region Hluttaw Representative U Hlaing Myint Than and the township Administrator U Aung Soe Oo delivered speeches. Then, assistant director of Magway Region Forest Department U Moe Zaw Aung clarified the purpose of the course. Next, an official from the township Forest Department introduced the subjects to be taught to the trainees in the training course.

The five-day training course which will run from March 3 to 7 is being attended by 50 trainees from ten villages in Minhla Township.—Za Za(Upper Minhla)
