MYANMAR Tourism Bank (MTB) and Yangon University of Economics (YUECO) have signed a University Industry Partnership, the MTB announced on 10 March.
MTB will accept internships for YUECO students, create job opportunities for undergraduate students, award scholarships, participate in job fairs and career fairs and discuss business experiences, among others.
It was signed on 7 March at YUECO on Pyay Road, Yangon, to cooperate on education and employment opportunities, such as providing seminars to students with the work experiences of industry experts.
At the ceremony, the agreement was signed by U Win Lwin, CEO of the MTB and Dr Tin Tin Htwe, Rector of the YUECO, and witnessed by U Zaw Thu, CAO and Dr Tin Tin Wai, Pro-rector. — MT/ZN
