An opening ceremony of a multi-purpose hall in Khabaungtaw village, Htilin Township, Gangaw District was held at the hall this morning.

First, Htilin Township Administrator and Township Police Major gave opening remarks. Next, person in-charge of gender affairs clarified the purpose of the construction of the hall and the implementation of community-centered development projects. 

The officials formally opened the multi-purpose hall of the village which is 63 ft in length, 45 ft in width and 11 ft in height. 

The hall was constructed with over K 11 million allocated by funds of the project and over 5.1 million contributed by local residents. The construction started from 1 March this year. Soe Moe Kyaw
