MYANMA Port Authority under the Ministry of Transport and Communications, invited qualified local and international port companies and organizations to participate in an open tender for the long-term operation and management of MPA International Port Limited (MLPL) located at Plot 4 of the Thilawa Port Area, according to the Tender Acceptance and Evaluation Committee.
The tender evaluation and selection will be conducted transparently as per government tender procedures. The most qualified company will be awarded to operate and manage MIPL as an edible oil and goods handling port under a concession agreement. Those interested are invited to purchase and submit the tender forms and application from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm between 5 and 19 May 2025 at the Civil Engineering Department of Myanma Port Authority (head office), on the third floor at No 10 on Pansodan Street, Kyauktada Township, Yangon.
Pre-bid presentation will be held at 1 pm on 20 May 2025 in meeting room 1 of the Myanma Port Authority. Tender submission will commence at 1 pm on 27 May 2025.
