Myanmar and Bangladesh conducted a joint naval patrol along the Naf River yesterday according to the information released by the Myanmar Police Force.

The patrol of Myanmar was led by Kyaw Win, Acting Police Major of No.2 Border Police Sub-division (Ngakhura), Area 5, Maungtaw Township, while the Bangladeshi side was led by Naib Subedar MD-Humayan Kabist from No. 2 Nhilla Outpost of Border Guards Bangladesh (BGB).

The Myanmar troops with two high speed naval vessels (004) met with thier Bangladeshi counterparts on their two water crafts at the middle of the Naf River and patrolled together from nautical miles 11 to 15. After the patrol, the two forces held a discussion on a watercraft.-MPF
