Myanmar’s Border Guard Police (BGP) and the Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) have reportedly performed a joint navy patrol on 19 June, according to the Ministry of Home Affairs.

 


Two patrol boats from Myanmar’s Border Guard Force led by Officiating Police Major Tin Hlaing from Yetnyotaung police outpost, Maungtaw Township made a security patrol in the Naf River from No.8 milepost from No.8 milepost together with two vessels from the Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) headed by Subedar Md. Najrul Islam from BGB’s No. 2 battalion from 10:45 a.m. to 11:20 a.m. on 5 June.—MOHA
