The Myanmar National League clubs Yangon United and Shan United will play their second matches of the AFC Cup 2019 against Nagaworld from Cambodia and Persija Jakata from Indonesia during this week.

Yangon United will clash with Cambodian club Nagaworld at Olympic Stadium in Phnom Penh at 6 p.m. Myanmar standard time on 12 March while Shan United will host Indonesian club Persija Jakata at Thuwunna Stadium in Yangon at 3:30 p.m. The Myanmar clubs were defeated in the opening matches of the AFC Cup. The MNL current Yangon United won over Rakhine United while Shan United beat Chin Land FC in their last matches of the MNL.

All players from Yangon United are getting ready for the upcoming game against Nagaworld but Shan United’s goalkeeper Thiha Sithu and striker Didima will be sidelined due to their injuries. Both matches of the AFC Cup will be broadcast live on Fox Sports channel.—By Kyaw Htike Soe
