A ceremony to open the office of Myanmar Journalists Association (Mon State) was held at the upper floor of Dr. Hla Be’s Parmi Library near B.E.H.S-1 in Bogon Ward in the Town of Mawlamyine, Mon State yesterday.

During the ceremony, U Thein Hlaing, Myanmar Journalists Association (center) and patron of Myanmar Journalists Association (Mon State) and U Thaung Htaik from Dr. Hla Be’s Parmi Library delivered speeches.

At the event, chairman of Myanmar Journalists Association (Mon State) U Maung Maung said that journalist course will be opened to identify fake news.—Mudon Maung Maung
