The Myanmar U-16 men’s squad is set to take part in an invitational football tournament to be held in China, according to a source from the Myanmar Football Federation (MFF).

The MFF accepted an offer by the Chinese Football Association (CFA) to participate in a four-nation football tournament scheduled to take place from 3 to 11 April. Apart from Myanmar and host China, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan are the remaining teams.

Myanmar will play against host China on 6 April, compete with Tajikistan on 8 April and clash with Kyrgyzstan on 10 April.—By Kyaw Htike Soe
