Yangon, 5 June

Myanmar U-23 men’s football squad comprising 26 tentative players held a training session at Thuwunna Stadium in Yangon on 4 June and the squad has been camped in Yangon since 21 May. 

The team will depart for Vietnam on 5 June morning for the warm-up match against Vietnamese U-23 team. The final line-up for the game against Vietnamese U-23 was announced by Head Coach Popov today. The friendly match between Myanmar U-23 men’s football team and Vietnamese U-23 rivals will be held at the Viet Tri stadium in the northern province of Phu Tho in Hanoi, Vietnam on 7 June.

The match between Myanmar U-23 men’s football team and Vietnamese U-23 men’s squad will be broadcast live on www.vff.org.vn and VFF Channel.—By Kyaw Htike Soe
