A ceremony to open a new library named wisdom window was opened at Basic Education High School (branch) in Phyu Gone village in Minbu (Sagu ) Township, Minbu District, Magway region  this morning.

First, the township education officer U Kyi Lwin, Secretary U Zaw Myo OO of Sagu town wisdom bank library cut a ribbon to formally opened the library before viewing round it.

As the ceremony continued, Daw Myo Myo Thwe, head of the district Information and Public Relations Department shared knowledge about the benefits of reading, saying that libraries are vital to implementing regional development tasks. She  also called for the sustainable development of the library. Then, the secretary of Sagu town wisdom bank library explained the aim of the foundation of the library.

The library was built at a cost of K 4 million, donated by well-wishers.—Kyaw Soe Win ( Minbu)
