A ceremony to open a new office of Loikaw Township Department of Rural Development was held at the building this morning.

The occasion was graced by State Chief Justice U Kyaw Lin Maung, State Minister for Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation U Boss Ko, Deputy Director-General U Myo Naing Aung and officials from Department of Rural Development and invited guests.
The State Minister for Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation said that the state government is undertaking the developmental works in urban and rural areas in seven townships. An official from the State Department of Rural Development also explained the works that have been undertaken by the department. 

Then Managing Director from the Construction Company U Kyi Soe handed over proper documents relating to the building over to an official from Loikaw Township DRD. Next, the officials formally opened the newly constructed building and sprinkled the scented water on stone inscription.
