A ceremony to hand over school building at No. 1 Basic Education High School in Kyaukme Township, Shan State (North) to Education Department was held at the school this morning.

First, MP U Sai Tun Aung of Pyithu Hluttaw, District Education Officer, Township Administrator and members of school development committee opened the new school building and Deputy Township Education Officer gave opening remarks.

Next, Managing Director from the construction company handed over proper documents relating to school building to Deputy Township Education Officer. 

The school facility which is 140 ft in length, 30 ft in width was constructed with K 99.005 million allocated by Shan State Government.
