A ceremony to open a new school building and to launch electricity generation in Nyaunghtauk village, Nawnghkio Township, Kyaukme Disrict, Shan State (North) took place in Basic Education High School (Branch) in the village yesterday.

First, MP U Myint Swe of State Hluttaw, officials from Township General Administration Department, Township Electricity Department and Township Deputy Education Officer formally opened the building.

Next, MP gave opening remarks and Chairman of Township Development Committee, Township Deputy Education Officer and an official from the Township Department of Electricity also gave remarks.

The new facility will support the needs of the students and the local residents will go be eligible 24 hours electricity.
