Officials from the Township Department of Rural Development inspected the completion of a concrete paving work of road in Makyicho(North) Village in Myothit Township, Magway Region this morning.

During the inspection tour, officials met responsible persons and stressed the importance of quality construction and maintenance of the road and gave necessary instructions.

The construction work of the concrete road measuring 663 ft. in length, 12 ft. in width and six inches in volume has been implemented since the third week of September, 2023 with K 15.0 million of DRD’s funds for 2023-2024 fiscal year and K 1.0 million contributed by local people and now, all the projects have been completed 100 percent.

The road brings benefits to 2576 people from 514 households in the village.—Eih Po Po(DRD)
