Officials from the Township Department of Rural Development inspected the completion of of Myeme-Lwatkhe earthen road in Lawksawk Township of southern Shan State this morning.
An inter-village earthen road measuring one mile and four furlong long and 30 ft. wide was constructed by a tender winning Company with K. 79.7 million allocated by the state government for 2024-2025 FY, and all the projects have been completed 100 percent.
During the inspection tour, officials met with responsible persons of Village Development Committee and gave necessary instructions. The road benefits 1357 people from 301 households in the two villages in Lawksawk Township, according to U Myo Min Than, Director of Department of Rural Development, in Southern Shan State.—Maung Khaing(DRD)
