A woman was killed and four others injured after a car crashed into a light truck in Natogyi Township, Mandalay Region, the Ministry of Home Affairs said.
    

The fatal accident occurred near milepost 326/1 on the Yangon-Mandalay Expressway at about 8:15 a.m. on September when a Honda Fit hit a light truck. A woman was pronounced dead on the spot and two people each from the light truck and the car sustained minor injuries in the incident.
    

The deceased and injured were sent to Natogyi Hospital and the driver from Honda Fit is being questioned over reckless driving by the police.
